Springston Pony Club
Springston Pony Club is situated 20 km South West of Christchurch in close proximity to Lincoln, Rolleston and Burnham.
Our philosophy is to encourage, develop and mentor riders of all ages and stages in equine horsemanship and riding, as well as fostering friendships with fellow riders, and parents.
Our small rural club has a balance of support from members and the community to run and maintain its grounds. All users of the grounds are expected to support the club and it’s grounds in some way.
Please ensure you leave our grounds tidy.
Rallies and Events
Rallies are held on the second Sunday of each month, with one rally in the morning and a second rally in the afternoon after a lunch break. The morning rally starts at 9:45 and the afternoon rally at 12:30. You will need to be at the grounds at least half and hour prior to be mounted and ready!
Our Grounds
Our club grounds are at 476 Ellesmere Junction Road, Springston. Entrance is via Rattletrack Road.
We have over 6 hectares of grounds with two sand arenas for both dressage and show jumping, a lead rein arena as well as cross country jumps including a water jump.
